Are you looking to give a new boost to your career in the medical field? Join our team as an Assistant Supervisor! Your role will be crucial in maintaining quality interactions with healthcare professionals while providing continuous and valuable support to our field teams.

As an inspiring leader, you will have the opportunity to accompany your medical visitors on tandem visits, ensuring that our key messages are perfectly transmitted, identifying training needs, and providing concrete solutions to strengthen our teams’ skills.

Your expertise will also be utilized during regular training sessions, where you will share your knowledge and experience to help our delegates excel in their roles. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing monthly results and proposing innovative strategies to boost your team’s performance.

As a pivot of our growth strategy, you will play an essential role in promoting our products, developing impactful arguments, and differentiated solutions to meet market needs.

Below is the list of expected skills and qualifications for the Assistant Supervisor position:

  • Hold a Bac+5 degree or higher with a minimum of 7 years of experience in medical visits, including 5 years of team project management.
  • Excellent knowledge of the medical and pharmaceutical sector with a well-established client portfolio in the relevant region.
  • Advanced proficiency in computer tools and market analysis databases such as IMS, Sanisphere, etc.
  • Experience in executing, animating, and measuring the effectiveness of a strategic plan, ensuring the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget management skills.
  • Possession of a functional car and a driving license.
  • Pedagogical ability to train and develop the team’s skills.
